This round-bottle series covers dedicated wrap-around hot melt lines at 6,000 to 36,000 bph. The modular platform keeps the same end-only glue process, reaches up to 58,000 bph, and leaves a plug-in path to add self-adhesive labeling later without replacing the machine.
The rotary OPP hot melt labeling machine for round bottles is a fully automatic OPP labeling machine designed for wrap-around labeling of plastic, metal and glass round bottles, used in the beverage, mineral water and food industries. It uses roll-fed labels such as OPP film, pearl film and composite paper, with a labeling accuracy of ±1mm and a production capacity of 6,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour depending on the number of stations. Hot melt glue is applied only to the leading and trailing edges of the label, saving glue and eliminating the heat shrink tunnel.

Labeling accuracy is ±1mm. The machine uses advanced hot melt glue technology, applying glue only to the two ends of the label to complete wrap-around bonding, which greatly reduces glue consumption compared with full-surface gluing.
