The modular labeling machine is the U-Packer flagship labeling platform: standardized hot melt and self-adhesive labeling modules mounted on one rotary frame with shared controls, so a single machine covers wrap-around OPP labels, self-adhesive labels, or both — and can be reconfigured as packaging changes.
Every configuration delivers up to 58,000 bottles per hour (bph) with ±1mm labeling accuracy, labeling round, oval and square bottles made of plastic, glass and metal for the beverage, drinking water, washing, seasoning and food industries.
In hot melt mode, eco-friendly glue at 120–160 °C is applied only to the two ends of each label, cutting glue consumption and eliminating the heat shrink tunnel. Specified as one machine instead of two, the modular labeling machine reduces floor space, changeover time and total cost of ownership for mixed-label lines, and gives later upgrades a plug-in path instead of a full replacement.

Which configuration should you choose?
Pick the hot melt configuration when all of your labels are roll-fed wrap-around films; pick the self-adhesive configuration when bottles need precise front/back patch labels or multi-label decoration; pick the dual-mode configuration when one line runs both label types, or when you want room to add a second label process later without buying another machine.
