The rotary OPP hot melt glue mechanical cam labeling machine is an economical automated labeling machine for wrap-around labeling of plastic and metal square bottles and oval irregular bottles, suitable for single-specification high-volume production. It uses mechanical limit tracks for positioning: the rotation speed and angle of the bottle stations change gradually along the track, with a labeling accuracy of ±1mm. Hot melt glue is applied only to the two ends of the label, no heat shrink tunnel is needed, and production costs are lower.
- Applicable to labeling all kinds of containers with wrap-round labels like OPP film, pearl film, composite film and widely applied to the industries of detergents, beverages, mineral or purified water, foods etc.
- Fully automatic high speed labeling process, replacing the manual labeling and enhancing the productivity and helping users to strengthen the competitiveness of their products.
- Adopting environment-friendly materials is the packing industry trend, the labeling machine is specially used for this kind of materials like OPP film labels, so it can help to save 30% or above packing cost.
- Combined with advanced gluing technology and features of hot melt glue, the labeling machine only sprays glue at both ends of label and attach the label perfectly, this technology can minimize the consumption of glue and save production cost.
- As the applied label is non-shrinkable material, the printed patterns on the label won’t be deformed, staying the packing decoration.
- The labeling machine is applied for non-shrinkable labels, so no shrinking facility is required, saving a lot of energy.
- Upgraded platform available: the modular labeling machine — hot melt applies the same end-only gluing at up to 58,000 bph. Compare modular configurations.

It suits square bottles and oval irregular bottles made of plastic, metal and other materials, and performs hot melt glue wrap-around labeling with roll-fed materials such as OPP film, pearl film and paper-plastic composite labels.
UHL-0506FD2.0 (6 stations, 4,000 to 5,500 bottles per hour) and UHL-0708FD2.0 (8 stations, 5,500 to 7,200 bottles per hour); choose the 8-station model for higher capacity.
It uses mechanical limit tracks for positioning, with station rotation speed and angle varying gradually along the track. The structure is mature and production costs are lower. Positioning relies on the mechanical structure, making it suitable for stable single-specification high-volume production.
It suits batch production in washing, beverage, mineral water and food industries where bottle specifications are relatively fixed and equipment procurement cost optimization matters.
Yes. Your actual bottles are part of the order: ship them with your order, plus your labels if you already buy them. Every machine is factory-tested on your own bottles at rated speed before it leaves our Guangzhou workshop — you receive a test video and photo report, you can watch the run, and additional acceptance requirements can be agreed before the test is scheduled.
Pricing is quoted per configuration, starting at ~USD 50,000 and varying with the level of automation and capacity configuration. Share your bottle type and capacity requirements, and U-Packer will provide a specific proposal and quotation.
